A delicious and creamy Oreo cake that every home baker should try making for special occasions!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
  • Top with crushed Oreos for added texture.
