- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the orzo, chicken ham, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes to the skillet.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until the orzo is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Add back the turkey bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.

- This dish can be customized with your choice of vegetables.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
