- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 package graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and zest, then mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
