No-Bake Lemon dazzling Blueberry cream Cake

A delicious no-bake dessert featuring a refreshing lemon flavor combined with sweet blueberries.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon juice and zest, then mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  4. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  5. Spread half of the lemon mixture over the crust, then layer with blueberries.
  6. Repeat the layers and finish with a layer of the lemon mixture on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight before serving.
