  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Layer the sliced bananas and strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the fruit layer.
  8. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
  9. Top with maraschino cherries.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
