- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
