- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
