  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently, then spoon the mixture onto the crust in the muffin tin.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, top each cheesecake with a half strawberry and a dollop of whipped cream to create a Santa hat look.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of chocolate chips for decoration.
