  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
