  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the olive oil mixture over the top.
