- 3 pounds russet potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
