- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Peel and dice the potatoes, then set aside.
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
- Add the onions to the pot and sauté until translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes and chicken ham to the pot, then pour in the chicken broth.

- Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the pot, stirring to combine.
- Use an immersion blender to blend until desired consistency is reached.
