  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lentils and rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Mix the cooked lentils and rice with sautéed onion, diced tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Carefully remove cabbage leaves and blanch in boiling water for a few minutes.

  6. Place rolls in a baking dish, cover with more diced tomatoes, and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
