- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 package (3 oz) lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Preheat oven according to cake mix instructions.
- Prepare the lemon cake mix according to package directions.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake as directed.
- While the cake is baking, mix the lemon gelatin with boiling water until dissolved.
