  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the sugar, melted butter, eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth.
