Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned. Drain excess fat.
Add marinara sauce to the beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a layer of the beef mixture in a baking dish, then add a layer of noodles, followed by ricotta and mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
