  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  6. Add the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until combined.
  7. Add the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes to the sauce.
