  • 4 slices turkey bacon

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim and shred the Brussels sprouts.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté the Brussels sprouts until tender.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper; then add the crumbled bacon.
