Jammy Eggs with Chili Butter and Garlic Yogurt

Indulge in the rich flavors of jammy eggs topped with spicy chili butter and creamy garlic yogurt.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs.
  2. Cook the eggs for 6-7 minutes for perfect jammy texture.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and add chili flakes.
  4. Prepare the garlic yogurt by mixing yogurt with minced garlic and salt.
  5. Once the eggs are done, transfer them to an ice bath for a few minutes.
  6. Peel the eggs and serve them drizzled with chili butter and a dollop of garlic yogurt.

Notes

  • For spicier butter, increase the amount of chili flakes.
