Irresistible Banana Oatmeal Bars

Deliciously healthy banana oatmeal bars that are perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix until combined.
  4. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
