- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function.
- Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Stir in the chicken ham, green onions, and mushrooms; sauté for another 3 minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth and miso paste, stirring well to combine.
