  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in the chicken ham, green onions, and mushrooms; sauté for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetable broth and miso paste, stirring well to combine.
  5. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
