Instant Pot Keto Egg Bites

Deliciously fluffy and low-carb, these Instant Pot Keto Egg Bites are perfect for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  2. Add in the cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  4. Place the molds into the Instant Pot with water at the bottom.
  5. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  6. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. Remove the egg bites from the molds and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapenos.
  • These can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
