  • 1 cup water
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Start by washing and scrubbing the russet potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
  3. Pour the water into the Instant Pot and place the steam rack inside.
  4. Stack the potatoes on the steam rack.
  5. Close the lid and set the vent to sealing.
  6. Select the ‘Manual’ or ‘Pressure Cook’ setting and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
  7. Once the cooking time is done, allow for a natural release for 10 minutes before doing a quick release for any remaining pressure.
