  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
