  • 12 corn tortillas

  • 1 cup cooking oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Heat the corn tortillas in a pan until soft.
  3. Place a small amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll tightly.
  4. In a skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
  5. Fry the taquitos until golden and crispy on all sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
