- 2 cups corn, fresh or frozen
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, turkey bacon, bell pepper, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and feta cheese.
