Healthy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Recipe

  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cubed chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
