  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Using a sharp knife, slice the potatoes at 1/8-inch intervals, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and brush them generously with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
