  • 1 pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough into your desired shape.
  4. Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough onto the grill.
  5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is crisp.
  6. Flip the dough and spread pizza sauce on the cooked side.
  7. Add mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
  8. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
