  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Add chicken broth to the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour or overnight.
