- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish
