  • 1 cup fresh berries (mixed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a baking dish, arrange the turkey bacon and place it in the oven until crispy.
  4. Remove the baking dish, pour the pancake batter over the bacon, and return to the oven.
