  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, flour, and salt; whisk until smooth.
  3. Melt the butter in a cast-iron skillet in the oven.
  4. Once melted, pour the batter into the skillet and return to the oven.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with turkey bacon and chicken ham.
