  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on package, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
