  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and incorporate the garlic, Parmesan, oregano, and parsley.
  6. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
