Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Pasta (One-Pan)

A delicious and easy recipe for garlic parmesan chicken and pasta, cooked all in one pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the pasta, chicken broth, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
