Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey and bacon until browned.
  3. Add the peas and carrots, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the turkey mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Top with mashed potatoes, spreading them evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are slightly golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
