  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and marinate for 30 minutes.
