- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup bell peppers, julienned
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cook the cold noodles according to package instructions, drain, and rinse under cold water.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
