  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Flatten the chicken breasts and place a portion of the garlic butter in the center of each. Fold the chicken around the butter and secure with toothpicks.
