  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
  4. Dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, top with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
