- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, pureed
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 cup water
- salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

- Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt; mix well.
- Add water and bring to a simmer.

- Sprinkle garam masala and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
