Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and dill.
