  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased crockpot.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until heated through and bubbly.
  4. Stir well before serving.
