Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken, broth, carrots, celery, thyme, garlic, and onion to the crockpot.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
  5. Add the egg noodles and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
