  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup tortilla strips

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, and cumin.
  3. Pour chicken broth over all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken and stir everything together before serving.
