  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken broth and onion soup mix; pour over chicken.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove chicken and mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl; stir into gravy to thicken.
  6. Serve chicken with gravy over rice or mashed potatoes.
