  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add the beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to mix.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
