  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  2. Add eggs and milk gradually, whisking until smooth.
  3. Stir in melted butter and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a ladle of batter, swirling to coat the pan.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Place cooked turkey bacon and cheese on one half of the crepe and fold.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

  • For sweeter crepes, add a tablespoon of sugar to the batter.
