- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Add the cooked pasta and turkey bacon. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
