Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced chicken and cook until fully cooked. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and cream, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and serve hot.
