Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add chicken thighs, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in rice, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is cooked.
